Information we collect
In normal operation, the business collects the contact and appointment details needed to schedule and complete a notarial act — such as name, phone or email, service location, and the time and type of appointment.
As required by Texas Government Code §406.014, the notary also keeps a record book entry for each notarial act performed. That entry includes the date, type of act, document description, and signer information required by statute.
Information we never record
We do not record or store full identification numbers. That includes Social Security numbers, driver's license or passport numbers, and bank account numbers. Do not submit any of these, or medical or financial information, through this preview.
How data is used
Collected information is used to schedule, perform, and document notarial services, and for required record-keeping. We do not sell personal information.
